Bensons Personal Training, making results visible
Here at Bensons Personal Training and Sports Massages we have been all about the challenges. Having helped with Challenge Holly and witnessed Holly over come all adversity, Bensons Personal Training and Sports Massages have been left inspired. Therefore, whilst we are on the theme of Challenging ourselves, lets push the boat out there!
The challenge is to see how much you can transform your body in 8 weeks. Now 8 weeks is not a lot of time at all to transform your body. Nutrition and Training needs to be on point and you need to be in the right from of mind to put the effort in in order for your body to change.
To help you all along i will be taking part in this challenge, because i want to see where i can take my body either how lean, fit or big i can make it in 8 weeks. I will be completing a weekly blog with how my training is going and how i am approaching my training. These blogs will be accompanied by progress pictures and measurements.
