These 60 minute sessions are geared towards an individuals goals. The session will be both technically and physically based. This means, with Bensons personal training all technical areas of exercises will be covered. This is to maximise safety when not under the personal trainers supervision and to make sure you are getting the most out of your session. When refering to the session as physically based you will be pushed so you achieve the goals set for you in that session.
Bensons Personal Training is geared towards individuals achieving results. Once purchased a personal training session form will be sent out to you via email. From this your eligibility for personal training will be analysed. If Bensons personal training believe you not to be suitable a full refund will be given.
